This ad is to announce that we are open!! We are a small RV park in Marion N.C. just 25 minutes east of Asheville.

If you are ready to come to the mountains we look forward to welcoming you. Our address is 203 Mudcut Loop. We are on 23 acres of land and offer 25 spaces. Our sites can accommodate any size RV!

All sites are full service with water power and sewer. We have a laundry area. Our bathhouse is currently closed due to the coronavirus. We offer nightly, weekly, monthly, and longer if needed.
