Mountaineer Campground Is Now Hiring For The 2027 Season Starting March 1st In Tennessee $$

Now hiring for the 2027 season, March 1 to November 30! Mountaineer Campground in Townsend, TN needs two Camp Workers, one for Office/Guest Services and one for Maintenance/Cleaning. Both positions share one full hookup RV site.

We’re a small, family-friendly campground along the Little River, minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with Cades Cove, Abrams Falls, and the Foothills Parkway close by for your days off.

Compensation: One full hookup site (electric, water, sewer, cable, and Wi-Fi) is provided in exchange for 17 hours a week from each person. Hours beyond 17 per person are paid hourly, DOE. Three consecutive days off every week. Discounted laundry, firewood, and ice, plus full access to park amenities.

Requirements: No experience needed, we will train. Self-contained RV required for the shared site. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs with assistance. Background check and references required. Pets welcome with approval.
