Newport Campground is a small campground nestled along the St. Marks River, directly across from the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge and only 10 miles from Edward Ball Wakulla Springs State Park. A short nature path will lead you to an observation deck to enjoy the tranquil St. Marks River that flows through Wakulla County and into Apalachee Bay.

Site accommodations are varied and include Full Hook-Up, Water & Electric, Electric Only or Primitive Dry. Additional Onsite Amenities include the following:

  • Bathhouse with showers and restrooms.
  • Boat Ramp Launch, Dock and Kayak Launch.
  • River Observation Deck and nature path.
  • Pavilion with picnic tables.
  • Free FHU site
  • Wi-fi
