Galaxy Mobile Home Park is a 55 and over community consisting of 44 units and is located at 5810 US Hwy 92 W in Hillsborough County’s Plant City. Galaxy is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Tampa on a nice pedestrian frontage of US Hwy 92. Galaxy has a laundry facility, shuffleboard courts, and a clubhouse.
Application requirements are as follows:
No evictions within the past 5 years
No criminal record within the past 5 years, any record prior to 5 years will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Income for homeowners must be 3 times the monthly lot rent and for rentals must be 2 times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable and consistent for at least 6 months
Stable and verifiable residency
1 pet under 15 pounds is permitted
