We are centrally located in NM close to many attractions and casinos. 30 miles south of Albuquerque and only minutes away from highspeed rail to whisk you to ABQ and Santa Fe.

Guest pays lot rent, Water/sewer, and electric. The minimum Short Term is 30 days. Long term is longer than 30 days. The laundromat is 1 mile away, we do not have any showers/bathrooms on site.
