We’re a nature‑focused retreat center near Pescadero, CA, seeking a reliable individual or couple to support daily operations. This seasonal role includes $18/hour, 10–30 hours/week, and a private RV site (water/electric included; bring your own RV). Work varies by events and may include housekeeping, laundry, guest prep, landscaping, gardening, property maintenance, event setup/breakdown, and guest hospitality. Ideal candidates are dependable, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working independently and also as team.
