Private lots are approximately 100×300 and allow access to the community in the valley below with lake access, ball fields, and a playground. Walking distance to Tuscarora Trailhead.

Currently, no hookups for power/water/septic, but private with nice views and a camping area. Sites are sloped with some good spots but levelers are recommended. Email for weekly, monthly/long-term rates. Rates are from $30 a day. Local companies can be contracted to empty black water tank. Water sources close by. Sites have electricity, but no drop currently installed so must use a generator/solar.
