CAMP WORKER COUPLE – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Seasonal Camp Worker (Couple Preferred)
Season: March–October
Location: Ozark RV Park and Cabins – Mountain View, AR
Compensation: Full site hookup in exchange for 32 total hours of work (two 8 hour days each person) per week. Hourly pay available for special projects above and beyond 32 hours.

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Camp Worker Couple to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of Ozark RV Park during our busy season. This is a hands-on role focused on outdoor maintenance, guest relations, and site upkeep.
Ideal for a couple looking for seasonal work in a high-rated, friendly RV park community. A great attitude and team spirit are essential.

Facility Maintenance

• Clean restrooms and shower houses daily (AM + spot checks)
• Clean laundry room and assist with cabin turnovers
• Maintain cleanliness of picnic tables, grills, fire rings, etc.
• Handle trash pickup and monitor campground appearance
• Support light landscaping tasks (blowing leaves, basic weeding,mowing/weedeating )
• Help maintain pet waste stations and dog park
• Address minor maintenance tasks or notify Camp Host

Guest Support (on Camp Host off-days)

• Welcome and check-in guests (2 days/week)
• Assist with questions or concerns from late arrivals
• Responsible for answering emergency phone after hours
• Experience with software such as ResNexus or Campspot
• Schedule
  2 days per week (TBD) and Help as needed
  Seasonal March–October with potential for renewal

Requirements

• Must own and live in an RV at the park
• Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties – lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Previous work camping or maintenance experience a plus
• Previous RV park reservations software experience a plus (e.g.ResNexus, Campspot)
• Property Management experience is preferred.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends. Ability to actively walk through the park and
• facilities while performing work duties.
• High school Diploma or GED required. Great communication skills are a must.
• Proficient with Google suite (email, drive, docs and sheets), social media platforms, Zoom, Google Voice
• Valid driver’s license and background check required.
• Must be able to provide 1 personal and 2 professional references
• Proactive and go-getter attitude.
