Jackson County Parks + Rec – Seasonal Jobs For Blue Springs Campground and Longview Campground

Job Title: Seasonal Worker VII – Campground Attendant
Location: Lee’s Summit, MO.
Salary: $952.00/per seven day rotation

Job Duties:

• Campground duties include maintaining reservations in the computer system by checking in and out campers, providing information on other recreation opportunities available in the area
• Provides the rules and regulations and oversight related to such.
• Attendant is responsible for cleaning shower/restroom facilities in the campground and picking up any trash not placed in a receptacle.
• Reports maintenance and repair needs to Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Attendant should have computer skills, excellent customer service skills and a general knowledge of identifying repairs and maintenance.
• Previous campground attendant experience is preferred.
• Applicant must provide their own motor home, fifth wheel or travel trailer. Please upload picture of vehicle.
• Work schedule includes 7 days on and 7 days off in that rotation.
• Must be a team of two. One is Seasonal Employee, other is an un-paid Volunteer

Rustic Trails RV Park Is Looking For A Single or  Work Camper Couple ASAP In Missouri

Like having fun? How about exploring and seeing new things? With a short drive we have caves, Bass Pro shop and aquarium, zoo’s and parks, Branson, Mo and so much more. We are located 45 minutes from Springfield, Mo and we are looking for a workamping single or couple.
Work Part time 3 days a week then the rest of your time is yours to explore and see new things.
This position only requires you to work the weekend shift(Saturday, Sunday and Monday) 5 hours a day in the winter and 7 hours a day in the summer.
Most of our campers are long term so this is not a fast pace campground. We are looking for a long term single or couple. We are open year round. We have 3 family orientated parks in this area. This park is about 10 minutes from Walmart and Lowe’s or anything else you would need. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
The perfect couple for this park must be hardworking but also know how to have fun. Must be a self starters and able to work without constant supervision. We would like people that are creative and would like to help us make this an awesome park. We are always open to ideas to improve the park and we have a lot of projects planned, we just need the help to make them a reality. This park has so many possibilities that we wish to expand upon. It is truly a diamond in the rough.
Compensation: Will be discussed on phone interview.

Duties to include:

• Camp hosting
• Housekeeping (No Cabins to clean)
• Computer skills (We use Resnexus and will train)

This job is only for a single right now but may be able to find things for the second person of the couple during the winter months.
