Like having fun? How about exploring and seeing new things? With a short drive we have caves, Bass Pro shop and aquarium, zoo’s and parks, Branson, Mo and so much more. We are located 45 minutes from Springfield, Mo and we are looking for a workamping single or couple.
Work Part time 3 days a week then the rest of your time is yours to explore and see new things.
This position only requires you to work the weekend shift(Saturday, Sunday and Monday) 5 hours a day in the winter and 7 hours a day in the summer.
Most of our campers are long term so this is not a fast pace campground. We are looking for a long term single or couple. We are open year round. We have 3 family orientated parks in this area. This park is about 10 minutes from Walmart and Lowe’s or anything else you would need. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.
The perfect couple for this park must be hardworking but also know how to have fun. Must be a self starters and able to work without constant supervision. We would like people that are creative and would like to help us make this an awesome park. We are always open to ideas to improve the park and we have a lot of projects planned, we just need the help to make them a reality. This park has so many possibilities that we wish to expand upon. It is truly a diamond in the rough.

• Housekeeping (No Cabins to clean)
• Computer skills (We use Resnexus and will train)

This job is only for a single right now but may be able to find things for the second person of the couple during the winter months.

Smithville Lake Is Looking For Couples To Work As Camp Hosts For Summer 2024 In The Kansas City, Missouri Area $$

WANT TO SPEND NEXT SUMMER LIVING AT THE LAKE?
We are looking for couples to work as Camp Host for next summer at Smithville Lake in the Kansas City, Missouri area. The couples primary purpose in this seasonal position is to represent the Parks department as a host to park visitors assist in collecting fees and providing visitor assistance by responding to visitor requests (day/night). Organizational skills to assist tracking and assigning camping for over 700 campsites. Inform public of rules and regulations, give general information, give directions, and answers various questions about park operations and park resources. Handle and accurately count money and make change. Operate basic office equipment and two-way radios.
Camp Host couples live on site during the camping season (roughly April – September) in their own RV/Camper fee-free and work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. as scheduled. As the season slows, there are sometimes split shifts. Weekends and Holidays are mandatory and there are sometimes split shifts.
Compensation includes a fee-free campground spot for own RV or camper and $12.00 per hour for hours worked. Host must be at least 18 years old, legally licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle and have own camping unit.

We are a campground and float outfitter. Job Responsibilities will depend upon the skill set of the individuals. Typical duties might include mowing and grooming of sites and public areas, maintaining a litter-free facility, picking up cigarette butts, maintaining outlying areas such as trails and rental cabins. House-keeping responsibilities of 3 rustic cabins and 1 lodge. May also include registering campers,and sell certain retail items such as firewood, ice, and concession goods. Other task such as welding, plumbing, electrical, mechanics, bus driving (CDL), and computer tasks are also available depending on individual skill set. This position will be tailored to fit each individual. Full and Part Time positions.
